Scheduled appointment the following week of calling them for non-urgent work. On time, on point, with great cleanup. Great work and fair prices! Replaced two vanity faucets l purchased, plus reattached toilet tank I had removed for wall access for painting. Could have used handyman but all projects required legit extra stuff and additional plumbing. They had everything on truck and manpower to work several tasks at a time so no time wasted. My 25 yr old house always requires “extras” even when I do them myself. My last plumbing job was investigated by Star and required city to remove 90 and 45 degree bends in sewer connection that were original plumbing when home was built. Star did great on investigating that job, too!! Next up, replace/upgrade outdoor faucet. Give Reggie and the gang a call today for all your plumbing needs.

This company was great to work with! The dispatcher was friendly and helpful. They arrived right on time for what was scheduled. The text message to let me know the technician was on the way was helpful. The plumber, Keith Miller was really professional and kind. He did an excellent job explaining what he was going to do and then explaining what was happening in the moment and then his recommendations for fixing the issue. Really great communicator! I loved that he wanted to fix the actual issues instead of just putting a band aid on it which would lead to more issues in the future.

Super friendly, awesome people!

Reggie and his son came by and methodically explained the various options we have in remodeling a bathroom, moving our water heater, and adding a bathroom. They repaired an issue in a second bathroom, located our cleanout, basically provided a range of services all in one call. They were professional and displayed a high level of knowledge and skill that will serve my wife and I in the coming months as we update our home. Beyond that their prices were extremely fair and I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will most certainly use them moving forward.
